As Vice President of Tax, your primary responsibilities will include:
•Tax compliance management
•Oversight and preparation for a high volume of tax adjustments and returns
•Tax provision management and preparation
•Tax analysis, planning and analytics
•Tax audit support

•8+ years of Tax experience from a bank/broker-dealer
•Strong FAS 109, Corporate Compliance, and State & Local Tax experience
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Highly organized and attentive to detail
