The purpose of the role is to support the Global Head of Tax Planning initiate and execute tax planning projects across the globe.В

Key Roles & Responsibilities

-В Work closely with global tax team to generate ideas for tax planning projects.В
-В Implementation of projects (including advising on M&A transactions).В
-В Sharing best practice with the global tax team (e.g. project planning / implementation).В
-В Comply with strict operational criteria (e.g. translation of results into tax returns).В
-В Tax technical support (UK tax) of senior tax team.

Qualifications & Skills

- В Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) or equivalent.В
-В A flair for creative problem solving.В
-В Lead project management and implementation skills. Experience of financial modeling.В
-В Experienced in M&A and UK tax work.В
-В A self-starter with high levels of drive, ambition and enthusiasm and an ability to work without close supervision.В
-В Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills and a ready appreciation of business issues.В
-В Strong team working with ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships both internally and externally.В
