Required Skills
*4+ years of applicable experience understanding of tax implications for of loans, debt equity securities, derivatives, structured notes, MBS, ABS, CDO's
*Considerable knowledge of distressed credits, acquisitions, loan restructurings, settlement obligations, and real estate mortgage investment conduits
*BS in Accounting
