A Tax Director is required undertake a role that is a mixture of hands-on tax consultancy, management of the Department and active involvement in developing the private client practice.
As Head of the Private Client Practice, you will be focussed on planning work and advising clients on the adoption of tax mitigation products. Alongside this planning work, you will ensure that compliance is completed on schedule. Staff training, review & supervision will all be part of the role.
Applicants should have strong personal tax planning skills and experience of running a Department.
You will be a Private Client professional with the CTA qualification, which would be advantageous, but not essential. The successful individual will need to be comfortable with business development.
