*Offers in Compromise
*Responsible Party Assessment Defense
*Audit Defense Services
*Deferred Payment Arrangement
*Penalty and Interest Abatement Requests
*Releases of Liens and Levies
*Voluntary Disclosure Filings
*Tax Amnesty and Work-Out Arrangements
Required Skills
*6+ years Experience in Tax Controversy and State & Local tax consulting
*BS in Accounting
*CPA preferred
*JD with advanced degree a plus
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
