Within this role you will be assisting and leading the formation of group structure and policy. This role is unique in its variety and scope, offering you the opportunity to work on Transfer Pricing, process improvement and group acquisitions and disposals.
Within this varied and challenging role the successful candidate will need to have the technical expertise to advise on a variety of problems. As such my client is seeking CA/CTA qualified or equivalent with substantial and wide-ranging corporate tax knowledge. The company and role are international; therefore you will need a good understanding of UK and international taxes.
