This top tier investment bank is currently recruiting into its corporate tax compliance and planning team in London. Great opportunity for a qualified tax accountant with FS experience.

You will take reponsibility forВ some complex tax planning and tax compliance. Activities willl include preparing tax reports, responding to audits, and inquiries from governmental bodies in a manner that minimizes tax liabilities or researching tax issues and developing effective tax strategies for the company. You will work on activities and projects with others within the business unit. May lead small projects and coordinate resources. In some cases, will act as team leader.

Responsibilities will include:
* Corporation tax compliance
* Preparation of corporate tax computations
* Monthly quarterly and annual tax provisioning
* Payments on account and dealing with HMRC queries
* Project and advisory work where technical tax expertise will be required.

Ideal requirements would include:
* Big 4 trained with Financial Services experience.
* Accountancy qualification
* Tax qualification
