The ideal candidate will have the vision and commercial flair to be instrumental in shaping and growing the department going forwards.
High levels of capability in the design and implementation of both short and long term tax efficient incentive schemes is essential, as well as a flair for business development. An awareness of employment taxes is also desirable. There are genuine prospects for progression for the right candidate.
