An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Share Schemes Director to join a Big 4 firm in their London office.
You will undertake a mix of business development and consultative work to enhance the team so excellent technical skills and experience of leading pitches are essential.
Key areas of the role include employment-related securities issues on transactions, due diligence for share plans and shareholder issues, dealing with international share plan issues, cost and risk reduction share plan reviews, executive reward and employee benefit trusts.
