A unique opportunity exists for an experienced lawyer or barrister to join this market leading niche tax boutique to work closely with the company’s technical director. Working on high level leading edge tax planning strategies the role will suit a technically robust candidate who has strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of the firm’s nationally recognised tax planning strategies and will liaise closely with tax counsel at the early stages of the development of a strategy. In addition you will have responsibility for creating an efficient implementation system based on counsel’s advice. Candidates will have experience of drafting legal documents and also the ability to produce marketing documents so that they can be understood by the layman but which are also are technically accurate. This is a rare opportunity to join an award winning dynamic organisation in a key role.
