VAT / Customs Lawyer. Legal practice with a reputation as one of the UK's most successful commercial law firms has a new role for a Senior Solicitor, which will be attractive to a 3 / 5 years post qualified solicitor who specialises in indirect taxes. The London team is growing, very busy and with a rich portfolio of VAT, Duties / Excise cases, so there is the opportunity to get involved in the full range of indirect taxes. The successful candidate will probably currently work in a Big 4 litigation team, or similar, or alternatively have a legal background in industry or commerce. Technically confident, with the ability to think around issues and go beyond the expected brief, candidates will be ambitious and have made an active choice to further their indirect tax career in a law firm.
