The Downtown Toronto Transfer Pricing (TP) group is currently seeking a Manager to work in our financial services transfer pricing group.
What can you expect from a career in TP?
Joining the Financial Services TP team will provide you with an opportunity to work with Canadian and foreign financial institutions to address their transfer pricing requirements including designing and structuring transactions, performing economic analysis, defending positions with tax authorities and presenting issues to senior management in the businesses. The position provides opportunities to work with colleagues in the PwC global network.
We are seeking candidates with the following:
- a CA or other accounting/professional designation or a Ph.D., MA/MBA or advanced degree in Economics, Finance of Business Administration
- 4+ years of experience with transactions in the financial services industry
- strong research, writing and quantitative analytical skills with an emphasis on writing skills;
- the ability to think creatively-you like the challenge of solving complex problems and determining innovative solutions;
- demonstrated ability to identify tax consulting opportunities;
- high motivation and interest in taking initiative in your personal growth and development;
