As an integral part of the Front Office team, you will provide tax technical support to many business areas including Global Equity Finance, Corporate Finance, Equities, Fixed Income and Capital Markets.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Tax review of new products
* VAT advisory support
* Stamp Duty advisory and review
* Review of the legal entity structure
* Supporting the Head of Tax in providing tax advice/ research on ad hoc projects
* Development, implementation and subsequent maintenance of the group transfer pricing policy and review
In this challenging, exciting and high profile role within the organisation you will become a key member of the team, developing your own technical knowledge whilst assisting in driving the business forward.
You will have:
* Experience in an in-house banking environment
* Sound technical knowledge in the areas of tax impacting investment banking (Manufactured Dividends, WHT, Stamp Taxes)
* VAT experience
* A good understanding of Transfer Pricing
