My client is a large international business with its European headquarters in the North West.
The role is for a high performing, experienced tax manager to either make the move in house from practice or for someone with an inhouse background to join this market leading company. This will involve challenging tax technical work focused on international advice and US inbound work in particular.
Your role will be to advise on and implement cross border planning structures and international reorganisations as well as working on some of the largest UK/US transactions in the market place.
Significant international tax experience, ideally with specific US inbound knowledge.
Ambition, with a track record of providing excellent tax advice to large international clients
Excellent communication and project management skills
The ability to work collaboratively and flexibly
The role would suit a Big 4 candidate working in Corporate Tax with an International focus wanting to make a move in-house.
