A world renowned trading house has an opportunity for a senior tax professional to lead their high profile European Tax function. Based in Geneva, you will have responsibility for direct and indirect tax compliance, reporting, planning and M&A work for the Europe and the Black Sea regions. You will lead a team of tax professionals and will hold a dual reporting line to the CFO and Global Head of Tax.
The successful applicant will receive a high level of autonomy to shape and mould European tax strategy. This position will suit a commercially minded and hands-on professional looking to take on a broad role.
The successful candidate will have 10-15 years of tax management experience, a strong knowledge of the Swiss tax system and must be fluent in English. Exposure to working across all tax disciplines and the ability to speak French will be seen as an advantage.
