This Big 4 accountancy firm is looking for an employment taxes manager to join its employment taxes consulting department in Leeds.
The team focuses specifically on providing income tax, NIC and PAYE planning advice and solutions to clients ranging from large corporations through to smaller fast growing businesses. This will include covering issues such as dispensations, redundancy and termination payments, giving expenses and benefits advice, PSA's and the CIS. You will also manage less experienced colleagues, including delegating work, staff training and development and doing appraisals.
You will ideally be CTA qualified but more importantly must have a working knowledge of UK employment tax. Experienced candidates from HM Revenue & Customs will therefore also be considered. You should also be a team player with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). You will need to be happy to get involved in marketing and business development.
