Leading firm of advisors looking to strengthen their employment tax advisory practice in Birmingham.В Working within Employment Solutions, youВ will be expected toВ provide specialist employment taxes and benefits advice as part of a multi-disciplinedВ team able to advise national and global clients on all aspects of the tax and national insurance treatment of cash or share based rewards, expenses and benefits.
Duties to include:
*Providing advice to large employers in respect of PAYE and NIC matters
*Undertaking site visits to clients to ensure that their systems and procedures comply with PAYE and Expense & benefit compliance requirements
*Providing advice on the tax/NIC treatment of non-cash remuneration
*Drafting expenses and benefits policies and procedures on behalf of clients in accordance with their commercial needs and the current environmentВ
*Due diligence work in order to identify any material exposure to unpaid tax/NIC which may affect the proposed transaction eg acquisitions or mergersВ
*Design and implementation of salary sacrifice arrangements would be an advantageВ
