Our client is a Big 4 firm with a market leading tax team. A need has arisen to recruit a Corporate Tax Senior Manager with expertise in the Finance and Treasury fields.
The Role:
This is a role with a great deal of responsibility, working in a team that has a focus on a range of transactions including:
В• Debt and equity raising
В• Structure finance
В• Debt restructuring
В• Tax efficient capital structures
В• IFRS and tax
The Person:
You will be an accomplished tax professional with detailed FS industry knowledge and specific exposure to the loan relationships and derivative contracts rules. You will be ACA qualified (or equivalent). In addition, you will posses the following characteristics:

В• Confident and articulate approach
В• Team based approach with a collaborative style
