Global Tax Recruitment a division of Global Audit Recruitment are working with their client in the exciting and vibrant location of Hong Kong to recruit an experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Corporate Tax Manager to join their expanding team. They work on a diverse client base with the main focus on managing their tax risks and identifying opportunities in Hong Kong and overseas. Project and client teams are typically cross-disciplined and advise on various types of taxes. They also advise on the tax implications of restructuring, provide transfer pricing advice, tax due diligence and transaction related tax advisory services, including advising on holding/business structures and tax structuring for mergers and acquisitions. Their people are also heavily involved in advising clients on regional and global projects.
You will ideally have a professional qualification (accounting or legal) with at least 3 years relevant experience in a professional services firm including advisory experience. Strong communication skills in English (Cantonese or Mandarin will be an advantage.
