One of the world`s leading accounting firms and a leading name in the UK tax market is looking to recruit a Corporate Assistant Tax Manager. Based from London you will be involved in a mixture of on-going advisory work and specific project work. The nature of the advisory work depends on the client specific requirements but includes advising on intra-group reorganisations, third party acquisitions and disposals, refinancing and restructuring of debts. You will also work closely with the audit team to provide input on large pieces of audit work.

You should ideally be CTA or ACA qualified with exceptional tax accounting experience and have an awareness and experience of international tax issues. You will need to be a strong team player but also be a strong supervisor of staff with experience of mentoring others within a tax environment.
