This Tax Advisor job will provide you with opportunities to work with many prestigious clients advising Banks, Funds or Insurance companies on their Corporate Tax requirements. This role offers excellent career advancement possibilities and would suit an ambitious CTA qualified candidate looking to advise high-profile multinational institutions, corporations and funds.
Building and maintaining tax relationships with clients and providing high levels of service is a key part of this role. You must also build relationships internally and externally, identifying opportunities and managing expectations. From day one you will contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients. Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken.
You will be outgoing with good relationship skills and the ability to deliver quality output, a Team player able to integrate with new teams quickly.
You must have relevant Corporate Tax experience and strong technical skills, keen to develop further. Any Financial Services experience is desirable.
The role is client focused and a commercially aware assistant manager with the ability to build strong client relationships will do very well in this role. You will be an excellent communicator in range of situations both written and oral with the ability to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review and know when to refer upwards.
You will use your relationship management skills to manage client expectations and build effective relationships at all levels. This will require project management skills, planning and prioritising work, meeting deadlines, monitoring your own budget as well as the ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically.
You must be qualified either CTA, CA or equivalent.
