This Central London based M&A team has a market leading reputation and deals with well known private equity funds and corporate groups. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside the best in their field, and become recognised as a subject matter expert.
Having regular contact with the M&A partner and responsible for all junior members of the M&A team, the key aspects of this role are as follows:
- Advising on the structuring and due diligence aspects of transactions
- Providing expert knowledge of UK and International transactions, including acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, disposals, IPOs, public-to-private transactions and refinancing
- Ad hoc projects
- Dealing with sensitive high profile transactions professionally and confidentially
- Managing and appraising a large team of junior staff
Previous M&A and/or private equity experience from a reputable firm is essential, as is a strong background in business development. This position has come about due to sustained growth within the team, as a result the career prospects of the successful candidate are excellent.
