Do you want to work for a FTSE 100 organisation that is one of the most recognisable in the world? The opportunity is in an Associate Director role based in London supporting the business on a full range of corporate tax affairs focussed mainly on the Global Retail Bank.

The position encompasses a broad range of areas:
- Business transactions support through decision making with the director on business lead projects such as restructuring and execution of planning
- Accurate Tax forecasting for business areas and countries
- Delivery of ETR or PBT saving
- Ensuring good corporate governance according to guidelines
- Mitigation and monitoring of tax risk for allocated business areas
- Inspire those around you through your business acumen and skills as well as marketing the tax department

You must have ACA and/or CTA qualification alongside 3 years post qualification experience preferably 1-2 at tax manager level. Furthermore exposure to IFRS accounting and IAS as well as experience in one of international tax (e.g. DTR, transfer pricing), treasury and implementing tax savings ideas is advantageous. You must manage and coach junior staff therefore an ability to lead and communicate throughout varying levels of an organisation is necessary.
