The role
The global tax function for Diageo is based in four locations - UK, Ireland, The Netherlands and US with a total headcount of approximately 50 people.
It is the purpose of this role to lead the Irish tax function (consisting of six people including this position). The Diageo Irish Tax team has responsibility for for tax planning, tax support to the Irish business, tax risk management, transfer pricing and reporting. Ireland plays a crucial role in the group's global tax strategy.
About you
In return for the opportunity to work for one of the world's true flagship tax functions it is essential that you posses strong International Tax experience from either a Big 4 Firm or blue-chip multinational.
Management experience is a pre-requisite as you will have responsibility for creating a high performing Irish tax team that can integrate with the business.
